INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1 For the best cutting and bending results the components must be well tightened to the printed circuit board. It is advisable that the printed circuit boards are placed in a printed circuit board holder equipped with foam pressing cover	2 Lay the grooved tip of the fix knife on the P.C.B. and hook the lead. Keep the TP adprox. 20⁰ raking. Press the handles: the mobile knife springs out and simultaneously chops and bends the wires.	3 The TP/allows a working field of about 90⁰. therefore if the copper strips are narrow or close together, it is advisable to move the TP/following them on the P.C.B.	4 At the end of the cutting and bending, the components are well-fixed on the printed circuit board with the leads evenly cut and bent at 90⁰. Furthermore the scrubbing action of the TP allows an easier and quicker soldering of the components.

LEADS ARE CUT AND BENT 90⁰ ACCORDING TO MIL-STANDARD

-	The cutting and bending heads, in special steel, are easily removed for changing or sharpening.
-	The leads are evenly cut at constant length and bent at 90⁰ (according to MIL norms) and left clean and ready for soldering.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

To obtain the circular incision in the insulation press lightly on the handles until the blades (1) come into contact then turn in a circular direction first ene way then the other until all the circumference is incised.	Should a central piece of insulation need to be stripped, two incision must be made to mark the length to be stripped. Place the piece of insulation to be stripped in the special groove (2) on the side of the strippers.	Press handles completely until blades (3) penetrate the insulation. Repeat this action until the desired length of insulation is stripped.	Keep the handles depressed and turn the stripper slightly and draw away sideways so that the insulation comes clear.
